Employee happiness, often known as work satisfaction, refers to how happy or pleased employees are with their jobs. An employee satisfaction survey is commonly used to gauge employee satisfaction. Compensation, workload, management attitudes, flexibility, teamwork, resources, and other factors that influence employee satisfaction may be addressed in these surveys. These factors are critical for businesses that want to keep their employees happy and prevent turnover, but employee satisfaction is only one side of the equation. Despite the global search for work-life balance (hence referred to as work-life balance), few have come up with a satisfactory description and idea.
